hello,
As I read your documentation, it is not possible to integrate payments into eStore. (I do not want to use the recurring payment in this situation)
Is there a way to integrate a button installment payment (generated on paypal) with the purchase of a particular product eStore (so that everything is automated (mailing list, registration, access, etc) as if purchase had been made with the cart eStore?
Maybe with a parameter directly on the … button (something like “notify_url = https: //www.mywebsite.com/PayPal_IPN” as proposed by paypal)
Thank you

Are you referring to something like this?

October 19, 2014 at 7:15 pm #66203jetunousMemberI do not want to use the recurring payment, subscription, since we have no guarantee of being paid for the product sold.
For example, we sell a $ 497 product (+ tax if applicable) and we offer payment in 3 or 4 payment. The product is an online training spread over 16 weeks.
Suppose we use the subscription (for substitute payment in installments), Ex: $ 500/4 = $ 125 payments. If we configure the subscription payment, and the customer decides to cancel after one month, we lose 3 x $ 125. With payments by installments, we have the assurance that the customer will pay in full (unless it closes its paypal account, his credit card is expired, etc. ..)

December 9, 2014 at 6:25 pm #66208DebraReedMemberThis is related issue to current thread …
We are using a 4 month installment plan with PayPal with a subscription option in WPeStore for a product. This product is a “LIFETIME membership” product in WPeStore that gives access to a member level in WPeMember (currently set to “no expiry or until cancelled”). I do not want the user to ever lose access to this member level. However, when the user makes his final installment payment, his PayPal profile for that installment plan is canceled and this seems to be deactivating or unsubscribing the user from that WPeMember membership level.
Since we have the downgrade addon installed (& is needed for other membership application), the user loses access to his current member level (that he just finished paying for) and is downgraded to the free level.
How can I keep this member intact at his current “LIFETIME membership” level even when PayPal profile is canceled? Could I change the expiry on this particular member level to some far reaching number of days like 99999 to keep the system from downgrading their member level when the PayPal installment profile is canceled?
If that will work, will changing this setting have any affect on current members’ expiry setting since it is set to “No Expiry or Until Cancelled” or will I need to continue to monitor/edit all current members’ member level status until the current installment plans run their course?
