eStore – Adding extra notification to publisher for only one product

Hi:

For one of my products in eStore I need to notify the publisher of the book in addition to myself as admin when a sale of that one book takes place. This does not apply to my other products.

Is there a way to add “admin notification of sale” to an extra person when adding that product to my eStore? I also need that extra person to know if there is a return or refund.

For refund situation, some kind of a custom job will be required for what you are asking.

Hi,

I have installed the Post Payment Options add-on. It does help offer exactly what I needed.

But I still do need the publisher of my book to be notified even when there is a refund. I normally am offering a 7-day money back guarantee.

Could you please let me know if this customization can be done for the refund notification email – and if so what it may cost in time and money? I hope it will be an affordable tweak for me.
