Hello. I have been using eStore without any problems for a year now, but it seems to have stopped working this morning.
I am trying to add a new product. I enter the information and hit the Save button. The page takes a while to reload, says that the new product has been saved, but the new product does not show up in the Manage Products page. Also, when I try to edit existing products the page says that the product has been edited but those changes don’t show up when I look at the entry again.
I added a new product successfully just a week ago. No WP updates since then, no plugins added or updated, either. WP shows my eStore plugin is up-to-date.

September 2, 2013 at 2:01 am #57522adminKeymasterI don’t think you are hitting the character limit. I think the issue is the plugin failing to validate the URL and thinking it is a bad URL. Can you share the URL that you are using for the product URL field so I can check it?
September 3, 2013 at 7:58 pm #57523RaechelHendersonMemberHere’s the url:
I ended up getting it to work by using the goo.gl code for the page instead of the full url (above). But I’d rather not use that workaround.
Thanks!
September 4, 2013 at 5:47 am #57524adminKeymasterPlease do the following to turn off the URL validation that eStore does when you save a product:

Thanks for the quick response!
December 17, 2013 at 12:16 am #57526RaechelHendersonMemberA follow up on this. Since turning off the URL validation eStore has stopped logging the sales stats and customers. I have had sales since then, I get the e-mail confirmation and Paypal payments go through just fine, but when I look at the Stats page or the Manage Customers page nothing is registered.
December 17, 2013 at 10:11 pm #57527adminKeymasterThat option shouldn’t have impacted the after sale processing. You did that change about 3 months ago. When did the sales processing stop?
Anyway, enable debug option an we will know what is going on. The following post will tell you what to do:
