When I click the “buy now/add to cart” type buttons, they do absolutely nothing. Sometimes they refresh the same page they’re on. The button did work at the very beginning but then stopped.
I’ve tried everything I could find in the support forum–adding a terms and conditions page, turning on the debug, adding the cart to the sidebar (though I would prefer the button just take folks directly to paypal since I have only one item for sale on this site), taking out any unnecessary or dysfunctional plugins from the whole site.
I have a huge event launching tomorrow for which this needs to work…I’ll keep searching, please help. Thanks! [www.kissburnoutgoodbye.com/checkout]
HTML is messed up on that page. The estore button’s form code is missing everything from it.
Do the following:
1) Edit that page in WordPress editor
2) Go to the “Text” view
3) Remove everything from that page.
4) Add a buy now button shortcode (documentation here):
5) Save the page and check it.
If it works fine now then add your other stuff back in the page but don’t break the page by adding wrong HTML code.
