estore – 406 not acceptable error when inserting image

I am trying to insert a thumbnail image into a new product and am getting a 406 Not Acceptable error. This occurs whether I upload the image or choose it from the images already on the site. the image is in jpeg format.

An “Error 406” means the browser has told the server that, it is not able to accept a certain kind of data from the server.

1. What web browser and version, are you using?
2. Does using another browser work?
