eStore – 403 Permission Denied You do not have permission for this request

I have installed WP eStore on 3 websites that I have. On one of them it works properly. On the other two however when I go to the check out page and want to check out and hit the Pay y Paypal button I get this error:

403 Permission Denied

You do not have permission for this request /wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/eStore_payment_submission.php

I cleaned the cookies etc., re-installed the eStore but none has worked. I appreciate your help.

Which version of eStore are you using?

Please provide a link to your store so we can try checking out for ourselves.

There is a little permission issue on this site with executing PHP scripts. It could be coming from apache. I sent you an email to get access so I can take a look at the settings.

Thanks, I got your email and completed the form with the requested info.

My website is live. I am using PremiumWebcart.com for selling my products at the moment. But I want to cancel that and fully integrate WP eStore in all my websites. I am experiencing the permission error/issue explained in 2 of my websites so far: [www.InternationalAcademyOfLeadership.com] (the one I provided the log in info in the form) and [www.DreamAchieversAcademy.com] (will you let me know how the issue can be fixed so I can do the same on this website?)
