estore -1 free product only per costumer

is there any way i can limit from IP and email . so if ip and email got the free product once . it cant buy anymore .

You can specify a per customer limit for each of your eStore products/items. Edit the eStore product in question then go to the “Inventory Control” section and look for the following field:

Quantity Limit Per Customer

If you specify 1 in that field, then a customer can buy that product only once.

Please note that the above limitation works based on the IP address of a user. A customer will be able to use a different computer (which has a different IP) to get around that check.

Hi i have a free trial that i provide on my site. I need limit 1 code per email. It should display and error message for duplicate email entries. how do i set this up? is there a solution to this problem yet?

How are you dispatching the codes? Which feature of eStore are you using?

I am using manual checkout for the free trial. I am considering going to squeeze form. Either way, when I receive notification of free trial checkout a code is manually created and a email is sent to user. I am trying to see if wp estore will check existing customer list to see if new sign up email exist and redirect them to a page.

eStore doesn’t have a built in option to check existing customer list the way you explained. This is something that will need to be custom coded.
