When I purchase file sunburst.pdf through eStore everything seems to work but a 0kb file is delivered. If I try to open it I get a message that it is an unsupported file type or file has been damaged.
It works fine with manual stamping so I know the file is fine. All other products are being delivered via eStore just fine.
This file is 8.7 MB, largest I have. I tried breaking into two different files and that gave a blue screen with another error message that I did not copy. I also tried to just deliver a file a couple of pages long and got the same errors.
I have tried two different file permission settings also, same errors.
I’m mystified and could use some help, please. I have sent site details also via the site access form.
As we are on opposite time zones please feel free to do whatever you need to do on my site if that is what is wanted…you don’t need to ask my permission.
