Error with PDF download. Unable to download PDF file

Hi,

When I try to download the PDF file from the link received in the email, I get an error. it seems that it is not accepting the pdf file somehow. My pdf file is an ebook and pretty much designed.

and you will see this error on the above link

“The secure download manager ran into a problem that it couldn’t handle, and is unable to process your download request. Please contact the site administrator.

Please tell the site administrator the problem was due to the following reason:

The file (on the server) containing your download couldn’t be opened.”

Please help what should I do.

Are you using PDF Stamper on the file?

Try enabling the debug logs, and then check the download_manager_debug.log file after the next attempt.

No I am not using pdf stamper. if needed, I can send the original pdf file too.

Please help what should I do.
