Stamper – error with creating a download now button for wp users

Okay, here are “the usual” things to check:

* PHP memory at least 128 MB.

* Can you manually Stamp file?

* Is cURL library installed?

* Enable/Reset the debug logs, run a test and check the log files.

．Manually Stamp has some problem：

has white screen when i hit the manually stamp button but the manually stamp file is exist in stamped-file root and it can open.

how to fix that?

Okay, so what we really must concentrate on is getting the manual stamping to work first. Just how big or complex is the PDF file? Can you successfully stamp other files? Either smaller, or less complex?

The manual stamping working and didn’t have blank screen when i use the 866kb file.

then i’m going to test the original 11M file that has the same old problem with 500 Server Error.

is something space not enough?

See if you can increase your PHP memory some more; maybe to 384 MB.

Just how complex is the content of the PDF file? Is it just text and images, or does it have embedded media in it?
