When checking out in Chrome we get this message on a blank white screen. Our checkout method is Authorize.net:
The following errors have occurred.
(5) A valid amount is required.

Hi,
I’ve just done a test with Chrome and cannot see a problem.
Strange – I do. I have version 17.0.963.83 and it says it is up to date. The customer also had the same problem in Firefox but I don’t have it there myself.
I just had the same problem in Safari as well.
The following errors have occurred.
(5) A valid amount is required.
You seem to have a bit of caching issue going on. Can you temporarily clean your cache then deactivate the caching plugin and test to see if this still happens?
