Error since updating Emember 6.0.7 with WP 3.1

1) Error 1 is the compact login, when you click login the drop down box wont stay up, it drops and then disappears.. I was told there are some JS isseus w/ 3.1; not sure if this is the case:

2) When i updated the plugin, i went to my member list and it shows no one. Everyone is still in the user location, but i have now 0 members listed; so i dont know what to do and if i have to go and recreate their accounts or what?

I removed the Emember plug and reinstalled the zip; that fixed the member listing. I was on new version but first time i did it via FTP, this time i deactivated, renamed folder, installed new one and activated it, it worked so i deleted renamed old version:

I still can’t get the compact log in to stay down when you click log in; it drops then disappears.. you can type like 1 letter at a time maybe;
