Error "No anchor type specified" when I upgraded to latest version

I upgraded to the latest release but I am now getting this error “No anchor type specified”. It seems that the old shortcode for embedding private S3 videos are no longer working. Note that I am using embedded so I do not need to specify an anchor. Kindly send me updated documentation or fix for this issue. My website is already live so I had to switch back to old version. But I wish to upgrade to latest version so I can take advantage of the latest fixes.

It turned out that the theme was automatically modifying the video embed code. As soon as I switched to a different WordPress theme the issue went away.
