Today i wanted to update a plugin for a client and i receive this message after a long time loading the page

Try deactivating, deleting, and reuploading the latest version of the plugin:

Also, how are you uploading the plugin to your server? If you are using FTP, remember to use the binary transfer mode.
I think i have a server issue too . My client have a big server (i5, 16go ram etc) and actually run only one wordpress on it. I wrote to the support’s hosting.
I was thinking the problem was relate to wordpress but if i try to download something through ftp , the download rate is around 90ko/s ( it’s usualy 1500ko/s others days)
Anyway i will try what you suggest asap.
