Error message upon activation

Hello,

I just downloaded e-Member.

I uploaded the plug-in. When I tried to activate it I got this error message:-

Warning: require_once(/hermes/web03/b549/pow.itworks/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wp-eMember/eMember_membership_level_menu.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /hermes/web03/b549/pow.itworks/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wp-eMember/wp_eMember1.php on line 492

The hosting company is powweb.com

Please advise.
