Error Message On Stamping File

Hi, when I try the manual stamping I get the following error message:

Error! SetaPDF_Error Object ( [message] => Cannot copy file /xxx/Media/DTComics/The-Prize.pdf to /xxx/wp-content/plugins/wp-pdf-stamper/stamped-files/The-Prize_5009be3866d22.pdf => 14 )

I get this message on all files I’ve tried, even ones from a different location.

[Also, I’m not sure why I need to collect all of the stamped files on my server? These are big files and it can take up a lot of space in a hurry.]

I’ve checked the plugin compatibility and it seems okay. I’m using basic Arras and really don’t want to switch themes as it might cause problems on my live site.

You can delete all the stamped files in one go from the “Manage Stamped Files” menu of the plugin.

Hola. Ya encontré la solución. En el directorio de destino de los archivos sellados le activé el permiso “777”. Ahora funciona bien.
