Tagged: edit profile error, update plugin
Just updated the eMember plugin on one of my sites and am getting this error when attempting to update a profile:
Fatal error: Call to a member function has_cap() on a non-object in /home/mha55/public_html/wp-content/plugins/user-photo/user-photo.php on line 484
The other thing that was odd was that the “Edit Profile” link used to work and after the update it changed the domain of the site to .com instead of .org.
This error seem to be coming from a plugin called “user-photo” (this is not eMember)?
Regarding the edit profile link… go to the “Pages/Forms Settings” menu of eMember and check what URL value you have in the “Edit Profile URL” field.
Thanks! Inherited a site with a crazy number of plugins. Disabling that one fixed the problem.
I’d fixed the edit profile link already – just wanted you to know about the issue.
