This is the prompt which appears underneath my photos:
Looks like you have entered a product ID (no id) that doesn’t exist in the product database. Please check your product ID value again!
I have checked the product IDs and even gone as far as deleting and re-entering all the products – same prompt appears
This is really important as I can not take the site off “maintenance mode” until this is fixed.
My website is [http://www.sybstravels.com] but as mentioned above, it’s currently set to maintenance mode
This one is simple… edit your NextGen gallery and check the eStore product ID that you have used there in the shortocode.
Does that product ID exists in your estore’s manage products area? You will find that it doesn’t so update that shortcode.
Which NextGen gallery integration are you using? Method 1 or Method 2?
Do you mean the shortcode which I put on my product page in wp? the shortcode I used for next gen gallery is [wp_eStore_add_to_cart id= with the wp eStore generated id number]
I am using method 1
it’s done thank you – please disregard my previous post – I had made a mistake entering the shortcode
