Hi,
I am wondering if you can test adding some products to the cart and see if you are getting the same error I am?
Almost everytime I add a product to the cart from this page I get an error in chrome ‘The website encountered an error while retrieving “url from above”. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error)
If I reload the page, the item is in the cart. In Firefox, I get a white screen instead of the error message. Some times I get the same message but with #wp_cart_anchor added to the url.
I have asked my hosting company to look at this but they say they do not get the error, however I get it almost every time on two different PC’s?
If you do not get the error the first time, you can empty the cart and reload the original URL (without wp_cart_anchor on the end) and add a product from down the page a bit.
If you could please test and let me know what you get at your end, that would be most appreciated.
Many thanks.
UPDATE: I have just cleared my cookies and it seems to be working OK. I am using WP Affiliate and eMember with estore so I am guessing they drop some of the cookies. Could this cause the problem?
I still get an Error 500.

Have your hosting provider check the server log so they can determine the cause:
