Looks like the PayPal PDT verification process is failing on this site. Can you please ask your hosting provider if the cURL PHP module is installed correctly in your server?

Can you ask the hosting provider if they have seen any other sites on this server using PayPal having issue with establishing a connection to PayPal?

The hosting’s answer: “no other memosystem server customer has problems of any kind at the moment.”

Unfortunately, this is a hosting related issue. We can’t really solve this on our end. I will send you an email for it.
