Error after clicking Download Now

After clicking on Download now my Browser (Chrome & Safari) tells me the following lines:

“The secure download manager ran into a problem that it couldn’t handle, and is unable to process your download request.

The problem was due to the following reason:
Error! The product ID value is not numeric. WP eStore’s product ID must be a numeric value. Please contact site admin.”

If I want to manually stamp a pdf I’ll get the following error:

“An error occurred while trying to stamp the file!
Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in *******/wp-content/plugins/wp-pdf-stamper/lib/fpdi/fpdi_pdf_parser.php on line 312”

Anyone an Idea?

What is the product ID value, that you are trying to use, and does it actually exist in your product database?

Product ID is 1
Its an existing PDF Document in the Product Database.

I tried to use another pdf document with id 4. Same issue.
The PDF is directly exported from Microsoft Word
