Hi there – I used the video instructions to setup, and get this error message when trying to setup new users?

That means you have the following option checked in the affiliate plugin setting

WP Affiliate Settings -> Do Not Allow Visitors to Signup

The video tutorial definitely should not tell you to check that option. Which video did you see this on?

I’m sorry, I wasn’t clear.

I followed the video instructions for setup, but no one can signup as an affiliate. They get the error message when they go to the register page.

I unchecked it and now it works. yay!
