Error 500 when using with woocommerce and large file

We are using WP PDF Stamper plugin with woocommerce on wordpress. We have a pdf file having size about 109MB and when we try to download that file, this is giving following error.

ERROR 500 – INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

and when we try to download small size pdf file, this works perfect.

Please advice if something needs to change on server, files or the plugin configuration settings.

Hi, there is a good chance that your server is running out of memory. What is your PHP memory limit currently set to?
