    The email we received was just 2 days ago. On the right hand side of that screenshot, there is timestamp (it clearly shows that it is not an email that is a couple of weeks old). Who sent that email to us then?

    It came from the following email address:

    I am not saying that i sent THAT email 2 weeks ago, I am saying i sent “A” response and didn’t hear back, I have been doing this for years so i understand emails get lost. I figured there maybe some confusion, Soo i started this thread.

    I’m NOT trying to post any complaints in the forum, I like the software and dont want to switch to something else, just looking to fix a busted club site.

    Please reply back to the email we sent to you about 24 hours or so ago. That way the developer can have one single point of communication with all the info in one email thread and drive the conversation forward.

    So that would be September 1st or 2nd, i am afraid i dont have an email (that didnt come from this forum) since 8/14 I wonder who they are talking too. i will respond to the email from 8/14

    You are contacting us from the following email address:

    wclune@thespaminator.com

    Then when we hit reply to that email but you say you don’t get it. However, you again reply from that email and we get the email and reply to it. So if you are not getting the email. How come you reply back to it later?

    See the attached screenshot. The highlight in blue shows where the email is coming from. We have already had 23 email conversation on that email tread.

    Can you contact us from a normal email address where we can reply and you will get it?

    I am hitting reply to the LAST email i received on 8/14 I have done so 10 times…

    NORMAL Email?? how would you define NORMAL I have been using that address for 22yrs..
