Hello,
I use WP eStore + PDF Stamper for a couple of months without any major issue. But actually, the system that worked previously very well doesn’t work on several points :
– the selling page is ok
– the button goes to Paypal, and it’s possible to pay
– after, the secure links on the Thank you page aren’t working :
“The download script couldn’t locate the file associated with the digital product. If the administrator thinks this reason is in error, maybe a different URL conversion option might fix the problem.” (the stamped files doesn’t exist apparently, even if the manual stamping works properly)
– Plus, no mail is send to the customer, nor to me
– And the email of the customer is not added to my customer list on Aweber
I didn’t change anything in the options. Thinking about it, this is probably since I update WordPress to 3.3.1. So I’ve updated WP eStore, PDF Stamper & WP Affiliate, using the dashboard : deactivate, delete and then upload the zip, and activate the plugin.
Same problems now. I really don’t understand why ! Do you have any idea of the nature of the problem ?
March 13, 2012 at 12:43 pm #43012adminKeymasterTest the individual components and make sure they are all okay. This steps should help:
1. Did you deactivate and reactivate the plugin(s) in question as part of the upgrade?
2. Make sure the PDF stamper is working by doing a manual stamp by going to manual stamp page.
3. Then make sure eStore’s encrypted download link is working. This steps will help:
This checklist is also handy if the encrypted links do not work:

4. Then enable debug and do a test transaction which will reveal (if any) post payment processing issues:

March 13, 2012 at 1:34 pm #43013laurent.breillatMemberBefore, there was actual secure links on the thank you page, just not working> Now there is something like this :
http://www.objectifsphoto.fr/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/download.php?file=Error with PDF stamping (Error code: PDF01). Perform a manual stamping and make sure the PDF stamper is working on your server.
Thank you for your steps :
1- I deactivate and reactivate during the upgrade.
2- Manual stamp is working.
3- After a test, eStore’s encrypted download link is working.
4- So I run into debug mode. Now I see the process, I realise that I got an email from Paypal today saying that IPN sending to this url have failed : http://www.objectifsphoto.fr/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/paypal.php
So I went to my Paypal profile and reactivated the IPN, but it doesn’t solve the problem.
When I do an IPN simulator, I get this : IPN delivery failed. HTTP error code 403: Forbidden
Thank you for your help
March 13, 2012 at 9:31 pm #43014adminKeymasterThe following error means your server’s firewall or a plugin you are using is blocking PayPal’s IPN:
IPN delivery failed. HTTP error code 403: Forbidden
In order for the plugin to work your server needs to accept PayPal’s IPN. So find out what on your server is blocking the IPN and fix that.
