Encrypted links are broken and sandbox provides error screen

I have 2 problems on my store for dammingtheosage.com/buy-the-book

1. Download links do not work – I recently added 2 PDF products. Even when I use the admin generate a link feature, the encrypted links are 404 – I have tried absolute, relative, and do not convert in the download menu.

2. When I enabled sandbox and logging and tried to buy the PDF for 1 cent, I got this error on the paypal screen:

I am not a technical expert and I cannot figure out what to do next. I just upgraded the plugin to the latest version.

2) It looks like you are using wrong email address for your PayPal sandbox account. Have you updated the paypal email address field to use the correct sandbox email address?
