    Hi,

    For some reason I am no longer getting the encrypted download links or the emails when testing my store. I am using authorize.net and have it set in test mode. I also turned on the debug mode and looked at the log files. I see all “success” so it appears things are working correctly. I did have several test transactions where everything worked fine. One of those is when I tested on my iPhone using 3g, so it was off of my main testing environment. Could it be that there is something with my ip address that is now causing some sort of session issue? The site is at lobbyingtraining.com and again, the gateway is in test mode if you’d like to try and see what you get.

    Can you please post the content of the “eStore_post_payment_debug.log” file?

    Ah. I did not see this debug file. I think i see the issue. Should I just use another email address or is there a way to delete it?

    Well the following is the issue:

    [05/16/2011 8:13 PM] – FAILURE :The transaction ID and the email address already exists in the database. So the payment may have already been processed. This could be a server glitch.

    I added this check in the plugin but then found out that for some weird reason Authorize.net uses the same transaction ID for test purchases. So you won’t see this issue for real purchases. I have also added another condition to avoid this check for test purchase for authorize.net. If you get a newer build of eStore from here then you won’t see this issue anymore:
