A few days ago, I changed the product download link for a product I’d been selling for about a year. It is an ebook, and I had updated it.
The only thing I changed was the location of the ebook: http://mydomain.com/wp-content/uploads/ebook.pdf.
My first sale informed me the download link was missing on the thank you page, so I entered the return url in the settings: http://mydomain.com/thank-you. (Don’t know why it wasn’t already in there.)
Then, I bought a book to see what would happen, and there is no download link on the thank you page. The link in the email works correctly.
I’m sure this is simple and something I’ve overlooked.
Thanks,
Debbie
Did you check to see if the “Enable Transaction Result Display” box accidentally got unchecked?
It was unchecked.
But I checked it, saved, and purchased another book.
The link is still missing.
Thanks,
Debbie
Hi, Please make sure you are using the PDT option for displaying the links on the Thank You page.
The following links will explain more about this:

If you do not have the PDT option you may need an update the following link will explain more about this:

Hello Ivy,
That fixed it. The encrypted link is now on the thank you page.
I have used eStore for about a year and never experienced this before. Is it a recent upgrade to the plugin? I’m wondering if a well-managed email list, sending updates and instructions to plugin users, might cut back on the amount of support you have to do.
Anyway, It is working now so it is all good. Thanks for the help.
Debbie
