Hi! I love the plug-in and it seems to be working with the exception it returns the pdf e-book as zero bits. Obviously, this is a problem. We are using the plug-in with the Thesis theme–not sure if there are issues here.

    Hi Amin,

I’m also coming across a similar issue – My estore offers audio files to download – there are about 70 so far and all of them download fine except for 4 of them – I’ve been quite baffled by it as it doesn’t seem to make sense – I’ve read your post above – I’ve checked for typing errors and the true urls work fine.

The only thing that I could think of is that the 4 files that have the zero bit thing, are are over 40MB in size – (between 40B and 70MB …all the others are smaller) – Could it be possible that file size is the cause of this, and if so if you know if anything can be done about it?

    Many thanks

It doesn’t sound like a large file size issue. For a large file size it would usually download and when the server memory gets full it will kill the script thus the download will stop.

You can have a look at this URL for more info on this:

I am not sure if the somehow the format of these mp3 files in question are a little different. Can you try and split the file and see what you get?
