Encrypted download link problem

hi,

We are having problems where the URL for the product download is correct and able to be downloaded and opened ok but when the file is downloaded using the encrypted link it gives this message when attempting to open it:

“Adobe Reader could not open “Occupational Bingo.pdf. because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged.”

The file name is actually Occupation-Bingo.pdf

Also, I am setting the email address to send from as info@ser4kids.com but it is being received as comments@ser4kids.com. There was never an email set up as comments@ser4kids.com and I cannot find anywhere that this is being set.

Regarding the email.. checkout the “From Email Address” field in the eStore’s settings menu.
