Hey all, just wanted to say that I love this plugin! Great work guys.

I wanted to know if you can enable the AUTO EXPIRY EMAIL feature without enabling the “EMAIL BEFORE ACCOUNT EXPIRES” email? I have set it up so that the individuals who have signed up get charged recurrently until they cancel their membership, so I do no want the EMAIL BEFORE ACCOUNT EXPIRES email being sent out.

Thanks in advance for your time.

    Regards,

    Paul

Your question is a little confusing. Perhaps you can use an example?

In WP eMember v 8.5.7 there are 3 settings under “Auto Expiry Email”. These are:

    1) “A member will get this email after the day his/her account is expired “

    2) “A member will get this email X number of days after the account is expired (leave empty if you don’t want to use it)”

    3) “Email before account expires (a member will get this email before the configurable amount of days).

I want #1 and #2 to be enabled, but to disable #3.

Enter a value of 0 in the following field (that will turn that email off):

Number of days before the account expiry when the reminder notification is sent

I keep entering 0 in the field for # of days before account expires to disable it. When I hit save the number 10 is back in the field instead of 0. How do I turn this off since it won’t let me use the number 0 in this field? I do still want them to get an email after it expires but not before.

The display value wasn’t being updated (if you set it to 0 and save then it will still disable it). I have applied a fix for this so the display value is updated correctly too. I have sent you an update via email.
