Okay it looks like the “Thank you” page routine is not completing successfully.
Have you done the following and it is working as you expect?

Alternatively, in your eStore’s settings, use the following URL as your thank you page and that should do the job:
[http://delicat-studio.co.uk/thank-you/?reset_eStore_cart=1]

Had the same issue – cart not emptying after checkout. Adding ?reset_eStore_cart=1 at the end of my Thank You page url sorted it.
