Hi, Recently bought emember plugin and very impressed. Everything looks to be working great but I have set up 2 dummy member accounts now, setting both to expire after 1 week and the account expiry email to go 2 days before, a day after and the reminder 7 days later. On both tests these emails have not been sent but all other emails have gone ok!
Please help
Please enable the debug option in eMember plugin. It will help you see what the plugin is doing when it does the daily cronjob (which sends the batch expiry email if the expiry condition is met).
Please answer the following question:
1) What the duration value set in the membership level of this member?
2) What is the subscription start date value of this member?
3) What is the member ID and username of this member?
4) Share the URL of your website where the plugin is running.
Wait for a day after the debug option is enabled then let us know so I can check your log file.
