eMembership product works but the billing on it wont renew.

I have a estore and emember plugin. I set up a recurring membership (I created a product with the estore plugin) I tested it on a couple of people, and everything seems to work. But, the membership fee didn’t renew after a month. I set it up to renew every month. I tested it at $2.00

I went to the “Subscription/Recurring Payment Specific Settings (Click to Expand)” section.

Under “Recurring Billing”

I put 2.00 in the “Recurring Billing Amount”

I put 1 per month in the “Recurring Billing Cycle”

I put 0 in the “Recurring Billing Count” as it says to leave blank or put in zero if you want it to continue to recur until canceled.

Is there something that I should add or change that can maybe fix the problem?

Which shortcode are you using to represent the purchase button? Can you post a link to the page where you have your buy button for membership purchase?

Which of our documentation did you follow to create this button?

I also have an affiliate program set up that pays 50% commission. It worked fine also when I tried it. The billing just didn’t recur.

You are using a wrong shortcode which creates an add to cart button instead of a subscription button.
