Here is how my registration flow goes. I have tested it and it works fine. The only thing is that it is not one of the registration flows that you have listed. I didn’t make my registraton flow like this on purpose. It is just the way it turned out.
First members go to my website and accept the terms and conditions and hit the subscribe button. They are then brought to paypal. After they pay, paypal gives them a choice between staying at their site or returning back to my site. When they return to my site they are automatically brought to the registration form. After they register they are brought to the login form. After they login they have access to the password protected material. So this registration flow skips the part where it sends them a link for registration. Although they Do receive the email giving them their login details, they wouldn’t know it until they decide to check their email on their own. There is nothing that tells them that they received the login details email. I was just wondering if you know why the registration flows goes like this. In the beginning when I was testing the registration process, after they paid paypal and went back to my site, it brought them to the estore thank you page that I created. So what I did is put my registration form where the Estore thank you page is suppose to go. I hope this is not to confusing, but I could not figure why they were not getting the registration link email. Do you know why that may be?

So instead of returning to them to the registration page send them to a “Thank You” page where is explains that they will receive an email shortly which will allow them to complete the registration and log into the site.
The problem that you seem to be having is that the member is not receiving the email with the unique link after the payment. This usually means that some of the setup is incorrect or incomplete. Please make sure you have followed the video tutorials on this page to complete your initial setup (the 3rd video is important for you):
