eMember/eStore bulk change membership level to match purchased item

We started out with just one membership level, even though dues for membership are at different prices (regular, student, emeritus, etc). Now, we’ve updated the levels so that they are separate, but need to update those who already purchased into their appropriate levels. In the eStore customer section, I can see who purchased which membership type. I’m wondering if there is a way to update everyone who purchased a certain product to a new membership level – if not through the GUI, perhaps through PhpMyAdmin?

I don’t want to change everyone in one level to another, so the bulk admin tools in emember don’t seem to apply.

I can’t think of any way to do this in an automated fashion. This is one of those things that you will have to individually inspect the member’s record and change the level to whatever you want accordingly.
