emember [wp_eStore_subscribe:product_id:1:end] no registration

Hello,

I created the join-us page. and I have the [wp_eStore_subscribe:product_id:1:end] in the form. it takes the customer to paypal, charges the correct money $$ and returns to the Thank you page BUT doesn’t generate the email for registration.

1) How can I correct this issue?? can you please let me know ASAP.

2) how do I get the people that already paid registered now??

– Once the Payment is confirmed (at this point the plugin knows what type of membership this member wants), the plugin will create the appropriate membership account for this visitor.

– The member will receive an email that contains a “unique” link to complete the registration.

Neither these 2 steps are workign at this time with the subscribe button!!

Let’s check the obvious and easy things first…..

Have you entered the membership ID in the “Reference Text” field of the eStore product?

yes.. Reference Text have the 1, 2, 3 membership levels.

As stated the purchase goes thru from the join-us page containing ([wp_eStore_subscribe:product_id:1:end]) to paypal and back to the thank you page.. somehow the creation of the membership account and email are not being triggered.
