eMember – WP members not being added

I have eMember and bbPress installed on my website. I want only paid members to access the forums but my registered members are not having WP accounts made for them. I have the option selected in my settings. I noticed the button under WP eMember Admin Functions to automatically add accounts for those not registered but I received an error after clicking it and no accounts were made:

Hi, I have sent you an email to get access to the site so I can check the settings.

You had a few eMember user with empty username (meaning these users haven’t completed the registration yet). So when you used the auto create WP User, it caused an issue with these empty username. We have applied a fix in the plugin to address this.

Also, remember that the WP User will be created when the user actually fully completes the registration. So don’t expect to see a WP User unless the member clicked the unique registration completion link and completed the registration.
