eMember & WooCommerce – users logged in, but content not visible after purchase

Hi, Loving this plugin so far, and I’ve used a ton of different membership scripts.

So everything seems to be working great. However, when a customer (or in this case me testing) checks out via WooCommerce, I’m sending them to My Account where I have a members only button via shortcode.

Presently, this is not showing on this first login. I’ve double-checked and the member is being created in WP eMember correctly.

If I log out and log back in again, all is good. Any ideas?

Are you relying on an WordPress user role for those buttons to be visible?

If you want to have members only buttons, it is best to have them on a page that is protected using eMember. Then permission can show/protect the content based on the user’s membership level.
