SETUP:
I’m using the eMember WooCommerce Addon plugin to associate eMember memebership levels with WooCommerce products. I have implemented the scenario in which the login and registration processes are handled by WooCommerce.
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
When a user creates an account via the WooCommerce registration page, an eMember user with the same username is automatically created with the default (“Free”) membership level assigned to them. However, when that user purchases a WooCommerce product that has a membership level appropriately associated with it, that membership is not assigned to the user.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
I have enabled the eMember setting for allowing a user to have multiple membership levels assigned to them and it functions properly, so that’s not the problem.

Thanks in advance for any assistance provided.
UPDATE
I contacted WooCommerce and managed to solve the issue. It turned out to be a problem with their plugin and not with eMember WooCommerce Addon.
