Is there a way to collect user information before they are send to PayPal to make a payment?
For example:
Option A:
– Captures their member information and stores it in the back end
– Processes PayPal
Option B:
– Fills out new member information
– Clicks “Pay Now” button
– Sends them to their PayPal Account
– They make their purchase
– They are redirected to the Member Login Page
Not exactly what you are after but you might be able to achieve a similar result with the 2nd scenario explained here:
For a paid membership I prefer to capture the payment first before the account is created due to the fact that a lot of people will fill out the details form but then not pay, which makes it to where you will end up with a lot of unpaid accounts.
Thank you for your prompt response.
