Is there any way to integrate WP emember with 2Checkout as my payment gateway?

For 2Checkout integration, you must sell the memberships as digital products, through our eStore plugin:

Do you mean that I can just use WP eStore without WP emember to have a membership site with 2 Checkout based monthly payments?

I mean that if you want eMember to accept 2Checkout payments; you also need eStore.

WP eMember itself doesn’t have the 2Checkout gateway option.
