Tagged: Free membership
Hi, I am using the default URL [http://www.mydomain.com/join-us/registration/] to register paying members and a separate ‘VIP’ page for hand-selected free subscription offers.
I’ve just noticed that if a user just enters the URL [http://www.mydomain.com/join-us/registration/] directly (without the dynamically appended code that is generated upon payment) they get a registration form with the free VIP membership level selected.
Obviously I don’t want this possibility since it means that anybody can share this link and get a VIP Pass!
Is this expected behavior, or have I configured things incorrectly? If it is expected, how can I stop it from happening?
Thanks very much
Derek
