Hi,
I see that I can activate the “Send a Notification to the User”. A custom message appear “Account Status Updated!….” in english.
I would like to translate/customize this text one time in french, and dont want to write it each time I upgrade someone. I can’t find this text in language field…. how can I translate it ??
2nd point:
When i receive this email there are n signs :
“Hi, Your account status has been updated.nnPlease log into your member profile to view the details.nnThank You”
How to avoid that ?
3rd point :
In the form builder I added a notification email.
I write my message in french, but as soon I save the form paragraph <p> and
signs appear in the message, and all those html tags appear also in the email !
Thanks for your help
That status update message is a quick message that is written there on the fly. It doesn’t come from the language file. Whatever you type in there gets saved so next time, you can use that same message (and maybe modify it just a little).
For your 2nd and 3rd issue, I think there is a plugin conflict that is messing up the email formatting. Can you please do the following test:

Ok thanks a lot !!
