eMember – signup success, then log in right after and it fails

Customers click on sign up, but when they go in to login to get premium content, the sign in fails by saying wrong email/password.

using eMember Version v10.2.2

1. Are they using the eMember or the WordPress (it makes a difference) login form?

    

2. Did the member complete the registration process (registration email link)?

    

3. Is the affected member displayed on the “Members” admin screen, with the correct status and membership level?

    

4. Are you using any page caching plugins?
