I have a funny thing happening.
Several members (who have yet completed registration) show there subscription start date as Jan. 1st 1970. All members who have signed up and registered are the correct dates.
I searched to try and see if this was an issue at all but I can’t find anything related.
It shows that date, because all modern computers start counting time as the number of seconds from midnight on 1970-01-01. If that particular date field has not been filled out yet, because of an incomplete registration, it will contain a zero value; hence, 1970-01-01.
Fun Fact:
The next computing crisis will occur on January 19, 2038. Anyone still using a 32 bit computer, or a 32 bit version of PHP (usually the government), will see time go negative; back to January 31, 1901.
