eMember – Search will not display city or zip code in results

I am experiencing the issue where the search results will not find a city or zip code. Seems like a pretty basic search function to me and is listed on a members profile page listing along with custom fields that are searched. How can this be?

I have the extended add-on member profile extended, it’s enabled, I am listing results that include the city and zip codes but it just does not work.

Please forgive the Theme, it needs changed out for better display to the members and general public. Right now we’re just trying to get it functional.

I did a search with the keyword “Ohio” and I can see all the entries that has that keyword in any of the fields (including the state field). You do not see the same result?

That seems to validate another issue field in that the States that came up “Ohio” are only because it’s listed the Specialties custom field, not the State field itself. If I search on the city Toledo, I get no results. Same if I use the zip code 45439, no results. Both the City and Zip are in member profiles, just not searchable.

We updated the profile extended addon for this. Please download a new copy of the profile extended addon and you will see this change.
