To reproduce, make sure all 3 debug log files have log entries. Go to eMember->Settings->General Settings and scroll to the bottom of the admin page. There are 3 debug files with a reset button that says “All of the above debug log files are “reset” and timestamped with a log file reset message.” Press the button and only the eMember_debug_cronjob.txt file actually gets cleared so it contains only the reset log entry. The other 2 files (eMember_debug.txt and ipn_handle_debug_eMember.txt) are unchanged with no reset message and all the original log entries!
That is an effect of caching on your site. Those files are getting cached. Please contact your hosting provider and request them to fully empty the cache.
