Tips and Tricks HQ Support Portal › Forums › WP eMember › WP eMember Troubleshooting › eMember – required fields not showing in the form
Hi there. I just purchased and downloaded eMember 2 nights ago so I believe I have the latest version. I’m also on WP3.4.1.
I am setting up a login area for the wholesale portion of my site and have almost every one of the form fields checked off as enabled as well as required. (was having the same issue before when the fields were simply enabled too, by the way)
Alas, nothing shows up in the form except First Name, Last Name and email. I also have a single custom field that’s not showing up.
I tried to determine the issue via the forum and went through the troubleshooting steps. Right now, I have the theme I’ve been using turned off and have only the WP default theme on. I’ve also gone through the plugins one at a time and turned them off, refreshed the form page and still have had no luck.
I’m stumped. Can you help?

Thanks!
You have the *confirm email address first* feature enabled. So the registration form you see is not the full form. The user will see the full form with the custom fields once they fill in that initial form and then click the unique registration URL sent to their inbox.

Thank you so much!
