eMember removed membership levels to re-vamp, now can't make new levels

I want to revamp my membership options at http://www.kickasswebsitecoach.com and removed all the current membership levels, but when I went back to make a new level – it gave me an error message “Membership Level “Kick Ass Pro” couldn’t be created due to error.”

I tried uninstalling the whole plugin, then re-installing it. Still get an error.

I tried different membership names, different page redirects, and renewal times. All give me the same error!

So just to confirm… did you totally delete the plugin before uploading the new version? What version of WordPress are you using?
